De Bloemenbuurt De Bloemenbuurt translated in English “Flower Neigberhood” in Volendam has a soil sealing density of 86%. The contradiction of the name in relation to the lack of greenery in the neighbourhood was used to create awareness. The street signs were hijacked and changed to “Tegelstraat”, literally translated as “TileStreet”. Citizens were given a letter to explain the current state of soil sealing within their street. Jesse’s Garden Focusing on creating a greener and more sustainable future, you expect the chairman of Groenlinks, Jesse Klaver, to have a green personal space. However, Jesse nearly has any green in his garden. Nutri-Score helps compare similar products (e.g., pizza with pizza, or muesli with muesli), but confusion often arises when consumers mistakenly compare different categories. Outcome We launched the "Kijk, vergelijk &amp; kies" campaign. The campaign introduced Nutri-Score as a simple and visual guide to compare products. Many also believe that repairing garments is complicated and expensive, which contributes to the annual disposal of over 235 million kilograms of textiles in the Netherlands. Outcome To change these misconceptions, we launched the campaign with a teaser, presenting secondhand items as fashionable, using only an image and a QR code. After a week, we revealed the full campaign, showing that the outfits were actually secondhand and repaired items. Outcome A campaign that inspires teens to express themselves and share their perspective of the world. By cultivating creativity in their classrooms through an online education program. We inspire teens to let their voice be heard by working on solutions using Lego. Challenge We are entering a major crossroad in human history. We can seek innovation, make it to the final frontier, make cleaner energy, and colonise other worlds. However in the current conjuncture, we as humans will not be able to survive if we continue to focus on capitalism which will result in a polluted world.&nbsp;That is why we need to seek for alternative ways to survive. Outcome Researching the genes of the cockroaches shows us why they are super resilient and adaptable. Their genome includes code for neutralising toxins, regrowing limbs and a thousand genes for detecting food and chemicals. Cockroaches can be the solution for humanity to survive in the future. We are usuing the DuoLingo app, which contains special lessons where each miscommunication will be further explained.
