There are widespread misconceptions about Nutri-Score, with many consumers unsure how to properly use it. Nutri-Score helps compare similar products (e.g., pizza with pizza, or muesli with muesli), but confusion often arises when consumers mistakenly compare different categories.

We launched the "Kijk, vergelijk & kies" campaign. The campaign introduced Nutri-Score as a simple and visual guide to compare products. The visuals, include colorful lighting that matched the Nutri-Score on products, reinforced this message, guiding consumers to use Nutri-Score effectively and helping them make better food choices.
